Singapore food is influenced by Indian, Chinese, Malaysian, Thai cuisines etc. In this class we will explore the popular Indian and Thai dishes in Singapore. Menu - Basil Thai Chicken (Thai) with Basmati rice , Samosa (Indian) & Mango Lassi(Indian) Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte NC ​Important Information for Your Cooking Class: Aprons: Please bring your own apron to the class, if available. Cooking Partners: If you register individually, you may be paired with another participant to prepare the dishes together. Wine: Feel free to bring your own wine. Kindly place the bottles on your table and enjoy them with your meal. To-Go Boxes: If you have leftovers, please bring a container to take your food home. Food Allergies: If you have any food allergies, please inform me prior to the class.
