Paneer Butter Masala recipe (serving size -2)
Ingredients
1 tablespoons oil & 1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup canned petite diced tomato
2 heaping cups of cubed paneer ( fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Santhoshi's Indian Spice Blend

Procedure
1. Place a pan on the stove , switch on the heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil & 1/2 stick butter . Melt the butter on low heat, once the butter is completely melted , add 1/2 cup onion and fry until the onion turns light golden brown color.

2. And then add 1 cup of petite diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons Santhoshi's Indian Spice Blend, and 1/2 cup of water; cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir the contents occasionally to avoid burning. After 5 minutes uncover the pan and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens and the butter oozes around the edges of the pan as shown in the video.

3. Add the paneer cubes and 1/2 cup water in to the sauce. Cook on medium heat until the paneer cubes turns soft.
4. And then stir in the 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and cook another 2 minutes. Enjoy your Paneer butter masala with Rice or Naan bread. If you would like to reduce the spiciness in the sauce , add a little extra heavy cream. It will tone down the heat.
