Chana Masala recipe (serving size-2)
Ingredients​
4 tablespoons olive oil / vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup canned petite diced tomato
2 15 oz. canned chickpeas
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1 & 1/2 tablespoons Santhoshi's Indian Spice Blend

Procedure
1. Place a pan on the stove , switch on the heat and add the oil and 1/2 cup onion. Fry until the onion turns light golden brown color.

2. And then add diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons spice blend, and 1/2 cup of water; cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir the contents occasionally to avoid burning. After 5 minutes uncover the pan and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens and the oil starts to ooze around the edges of the pan.

3. Drain the canned chickpeas and add it into the sauce and add 1/2 cup water. Mix the contents well, cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the chickpeas are cooked soft.
4. Add 1/2 cup canned coconut milk and cook for 2 minutes. Enjoy your Chana masala with Rice or Naan Bread.
