Madras is my Hometown. I grew up with this rich culture and cuisine and excited to share it with you all. I created this menu from some of my Fond Childhood memories! Menu - Dosa and Chicken curry , Kothu barotta ( Indian version of Drunken noodles ) and complimentary dessert Important Information for Your Cooking Class: Cooking Partners: If you register individually, you may be paired with another participant to prepare the dishes together. Wine: Feel free to bring your own wine. Kindly place the bottles on your table and enjoy them with your meal. To-Go Boxes: Please bring a container to take your left over food home.
