Chicken Tandoori recipe (serving size-2)
Ingredients
Marination
6 Chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Santhoshi's Indian Spice Blend

Procedure
1. Start by mixing 2 tablespoons of spice blend, yogurt , lemon juice and oil to create a delicious marinade!

2. Remove the skin on the chicken drumsticks and score the chicken in the fleshy part. Scoring the chicken means , making shallow cuts in the fleshy part of the drumsticks. This will help the flavors to penetrate into the chicken drumsticks.

3. Coat the chicken with the marinade and keep it aside for 1 hour. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil sheet and grease it with oil. Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on the sheet pan. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, take the pan out of the oven and brush the drumsticks with oil. And then broil for 5 minutes for a perfect finish. Chicken tandoori is ready. Make sure the internal temperature for chicken is 165 degrees Fahrenheit or above.
