Learn to cook Butter chicken (chicken cooked in a creamy yellow sauce) , Roti (flat wheat bread) and Aloo Chana Chaat (potato & chickpeas salad flavored with onion, cilantro , spices and tamarind chutney) Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte NC Important Information for Your Cooking Class: Cooking Partners: If you register individually, you may be paired with another participant to prepare the dishes together. Wine: Feel free to bring your own wine. Kindly place the bottles on your table and enjoy them with your meal. To-Go Boxes: Please bring a container to take your left over food home.
