Singapore food is influenced by Indian, Chinese, Malaysian, Thai cuisines etc. In this class we will explore the popular Indian , Malaysian and Thai dishes in Singapore. Menu - Thai Chicken Red Curry, Nasi Lemak (Coconut rice - National dish of Malaysia), Samosa (Indian) & Complimentary Indian dessert Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte NC Important Information for Your Cooking Class: Cooking Partners: If you register individually, you may be paired with another participant to prepare the dishes together. Wine: Feel free to bring your own wine. Kindly place the bottles on your table and enjoy them with your meal. To-Go Boxes: Please bring a container to take your left over food home.
