Indian weddings are colorful and festive! And a great detail of attention is paid to the food. This class focuses on the delicacies served in Indian weddings. Menu - Chicken Biryani (Aromatic basmati rice cooked with chicken, spices and fresh herbs) served with Raita ( savory yogurt sauce) and Chicken tikka (grilled chicken and veggies on skewers) and Complimentary Indian sweets Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte, NC ​Important Information for Your Cooking Class: Cooking Partners: If you register individually, you may be paired with another participant to prepare the dishes together. Wine: Feel free to bring your own wine. Kindly place the bottles on your table and enjoy them with your meal. To-Go Boxes: Please bring a container to take your left over food home.
