Service Description

This menu is inspired by the movie The Hundred-Foot Journey. The story of an Indian chef opening an Indian restaurant in a French village. The recipes I teach in this class are also influenced by my childhood memories from India. Menu - Indian style Omelet, Aromatic basmati rice, Chicken korma, Authentic Indian Chai Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte, NC ​
