Indian weddings are colorful and festive! And a great detail of attention is paid to the food. This class focuses on the delicacies served in Indian weddings. Menu - Chicken Biryani (Aromatic basmati rice cooked with chicken, spices and fresh herbs) served with Raita ( savory yogurt sauce) and Chicken 65 (Crispy and juicy fried chicken) and Complimentary Indian sweets Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte, NC ​
