Easy recipes made using Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                                                Naan Pizza made with Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney

Chicken & veggies Pasta

Heat a heavy bottomed pan on the stove add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and saute some thinly sliced veggies - bell peppers, onions , mushrooms etc.When the veggies are cooked add 2 cups of cooked pasta, 1 cup of Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney and 1 cup of grilled chicken into the pan. Mix the contents well and top it off with some freshly chopped basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese. Yummy chicken and veggies pasta is ready! 

 

Naan Pizza 

Spread Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney on Naan bread ,  add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of it and bake in the oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 7 minutes. When the cheese melts remove the pizza from the oven and top it off with some freshly chopped basil leaves.

Tomato yogurt dip

Take 1 cup of plain yogurt and 1 cup of Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney, mix them together in a bowl. Serve it with chips / carrot sticks/celery.

Tomato rice

Take 1 cup of cooked white rice and mix it with 1 cup of Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney. Yummy tomato rice is ready! Serve it with some grilled veggies/ salmon / chicken.

Spaghetti squash 

Cut spaghetti squash lengthwise in to two halves. Remove the seeds , coat the inner surface with olive oil and sprinkle some pepper and salt. Bake it in the oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove the squash from the oven. Let it cool down. Scoop the squash with a fork. It comes out like spaghetti. Place spaghetti squash on a plate and add some Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney on top of it. Top it off with some freshly chopped parsley.

Chickpeas curry

Heat a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 2 cups of Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney into the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of onion powder and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder in to the pan. Cook the contents in low heat for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add 1 cup of canned chickpeas and 1 cup of water into the pan. Mix the contents well close the pan with a lid  and cook in medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. After 10 minutes add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and cook in low heat for 5 minutes. Chickpeas curry is ready!

Tomato quesadilla 

Place a skillet on the stove and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil in the skillet. Heat the skillet for 1 minute and  place a tortilla on it. Spread Santhoshi's savory tomato chutney on the tortilla , and add shredded cheddar cheese on top of it. Fold the tortilla into half and cook it on both sides on the skillet. Serve the quesadilla with sour cream.
